As a thank-you for staying with us, GymAux gym owners (Admins) on an active paid subscription can currently earn GymAux Points on every subscription payment, plus bonus points for maintaining continuous, uninterrupted subscription coverage over time. This page describes how the program currently works. It is provided for general information only — the Program Terms section below explains how this is legally treated, and takes precedence over any description or example on this page.
Under the program as currently run, every subscription payment (first purchase or renewal, on any plan) earns points, and staying continuously subscribed for 3, 6, or 12 months in a row unlocks a one-time bonus for each milestone. The table below is an illustrative example of the point values currently in effect — see the Program Terms for why these numbers are examples, not guarantees.

A single Half-Yearly or Annual payment can count for its full length toward the milestones above — for example, one Annual payment may, under the program as currently run, count as 12 months of coverage at once. Whether and how this applies at any given time is determined solely by the program logic in effect when a payment is processed, not by anything stated on this page.
The GymAux Rewards Program (points, streaks, milestone bonuses, and any redemption tiers or coupons associated with them) is a voluntary, promotional benefit offered at GymAux's sole discretion. It is not a term of your paid subscription, is not part of the consideration you pay for, and does not form a contractual entitlement of any kind. Your paid subscription gives you the GymAux software and services described in our Terms and Conditions, in full, regardless of whether you earn, redeem, or ever use any Rewards Program points.
GymAux does not guarantee any specific point value, bonus amount, milestone threshold, redemption tier, or the continued existence of the Rewards Program. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
Any figures, tables, or examples on this page describe the program as it currently operates and are provided for general illustration only. They are not binding and may not reflect the values in effect at the time you use GymAux. The points, streak, and milestone information shown in your GymAux Admin app is the current, authoritative record for your account — not this page.
Points and bonus points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or person, or redeemed for anything other than what is expressly offered inside the GymAux Admin app at the time of redemption (such as discount coupons on your GymAux subscription, subject to the redemption terms shown in the app).
Participation in the Rewards Program is automatic for Admins on an active paid subscription and requires no separate agreement, but it does not modify, replace, or take priority over our Terms and Conditions or Refund Policy, which continue to govern your subscription, billing, and refunds. Nothing in the Rewards Program affects your payment obligations or your rights under those policies.
We may update this page or the underlying program at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do, but — consistent with the discretionary nature of the program described above — we are not obligated to provide advance notice of changes to point values, bonus amounts, or program availability.
These Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to the Rewards Program are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — the same as our Terms and Conditions.
