What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

All your personal and fitness information will be
permanently removed from our active systems within 30
days.

Data will be removed from backup systems within 90 days.

You will lose access to all gym memberships and
services associated with your account immediately.

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory
requirements (e.g., transaction records for tax
compliance).
- This action cannot be undone.
Important Notice
Account deletion is irreversible. Please ensure you
have exported or saved any important information
before proceeding.
Data Retained After Deletion
While most of your data will be deleted, some information
may be retained for legal, security, or regulatory purposes:

Transaction Records: Payment and
subscription records are kept for 7 years for tax
compliance.

Support Communications: Customer
service emails may be retained for 3 years for dispute
resolution.

Anonymized Data: Aggregated analytics
data that cannot identify you personally may be retained
indefinitely.
How to Delete Your Account
To initiate the account deletion process, please send a
request from your registered email to:

In your email, include your full name and registered
phone number to verify your identity. You will receive
confirmation once your deletion request has been processed.
